The training gaiters come with a robust velcro fastening system that makes putting on and taking off the gaiter easy while providing an ideal hold. (Size M: 2 velcro fastenings, sizes L & XL: 3 velcro fastenings) We recommend washing the gaiters by hand or at a low temperature in the washing machine, with the velcro fastenings closed, on a delicate wash cycle.
